The steamed fresh deep-sea fish highlights the restaurant’s focus on quality seafood, while dishes such as Typhoon Shelter soft-shell crab, garlic squid, and mixed seafood baked tofu bring rich textures and satisfying flavors to the table. I also enjoyed the beef with celery, pan-fried pork liver, and soy-braised pork knuckle, which added hearty options alongside the seafood selections. Meanwhile, the fish sauce scrambled eggs offered a simple yet comforting touch that complemented the larger dishes well.

In addition, several soups stood out for their depth and warmth. The cordyceps chicken soup and Chinese yam clam chicken soup were both flavorful and nourishing, while the squid rice noodle soup and loofah with clams provided lighter alternatives. Vegetable dishes such as water lily with mushrooms and crispy egg floss, along with sakura shrimp cabbage, helped create a well-rounded dining experience. The crab sticky rice was another memorable choice, delivering rich seafood flavor in every bite.

To finish, the menu offers enjoyable treats including mushroom lava buns with sesame filling and delicious taro. Even the mullet roe fried rice, although mild in seasoning, paired nicely with the stronger-flavored dishes.
